“Carnaby in Colour ” pop up with Kris Andrew Small

Head down to Carnaby Street this September to visit Kris Andrew Small’s amazing eye-popping wraparound artwork shop and a gallery with a whole host of events including the artist himself live painting, a panel talk, workshops, curated clothing and screen prints for sale.

The artist and designer has transformed 57 Carnaby Street into his new installation encouraging visitors to “Be Human” and experience life in colour and positivity. You’ll be able to get involved with screen printing, hear more from Kris and his co-collaborators, and buy exclusive items from artists Annu Kilpeläinen, Hattie Stewart, YONK and Kelly Anna.

On 2nd and 23rd September you can get a custom tote bag printed courtesy of People of Print, pick any “Be Human” design by Kris and get your creative juices flowing.

Talks more your thing? On 6th September from 7:00pm – 8:30pm there’s a panel discussion with  Kris Andrew Small x Gay Times x Queer about Art as Queer Activism. The panel will discuss important figures in the Queer art world and where it’s heading today.

The following evening Kris will be hand painting live with his iconic LDN print curated for the event live in the pop up. This is all part of “Carnaby in Colour”, a summer of activations, shopping and dining promotions with colourful art installations around the streets created with the recycling brand, Are You Mad.
