My Lyan’s Award-winning cocktail bar Lyaness has announced an exciting new menu to accompany the upcoming festivities, with this third edition promising to be the most innovative yet.

Intriguingly titled ‘Lyaness Cookbook’, it’s the first revamped offering since before the pandemic. With global flavours and culinary techniques at its center! Drinks include unusual but equally delicious ingredients such as Green Sauce Liqueur, Oyster Honey and Blood Curaçao, an ingredient inspired by the fruity richness and body which blood can bring to a dish, much like the UK’s very own Black Pudding. 

In true Lyaness style, the whole menu is approached from a Cook’s viewpoint. Carefully curated by the super talented bar team, led by Head Bartender Will Meredith, the menu offers an eclectic fifteen-serve menu.
