The Folly’s a botanical bar & restaurant located in the heart of London, near both Monument and Cannon Street. Their seasonal menus, tempting cocktails, and fine wines make it the perfect spot to recuperate and reset for the New Year ahead. It’s the ideal location for TRIP to host their exclusive pop-up. Enjoy a moment of relaxation whilst sipping on bespoke CBD cocktails and mocktails crafted by the expert bar team and TRIP – with each drink containing 15mg of the highest quality CBD, designed to alleviate stress and increase productivity. Must-tries include the TRIP Sparkler; a refreshing blend of TRIP Peach Ginger, orange gin, blood orange syrup and golden shimmer (£9.95), or for those taking part in Dry January, enjoy an Enchanted TRIP mocktail; a fruity mix of cloudy apple juice, pear purée, mint, lime, elderflower and CBD-infused sparkling water (£8.95). Cans of TRIP will also be available to enjoy on the rocks (£4.95).

The Folly’s menu offers vegan and vegetarian dishes for guests – vegan shrimp lollipops, TuNO carpaccio, butternut squash ravioli, and a vegan coconut yoghurt ice cream sandwich to name a few.
