Temper fires up the grills in Shoreditch

Following on from their successful sites in Soho, City and Covent Garden, Temper will grab their tongs, don their aprons and start griddling their signature sustainably-farmed rare-breed meats on the coals in Great Eastern Street, Shoreditch from October 1st.

The new location will have a ground-floor cocktail bar and basement restaurant centered around their open grill with interiors designed around the theme of charcoal, neon installations will dazzle you and you’ll be seated in plush leather seating.

Half of the fun of an evening at Temper is watching the chefs perform the theatre of dining. so you can watch your dishes being prepared whether you’ve ordered meat, vegetables, fish, tacos or carnitas.

On Saturdays, you’ll also be able to sample the new bottomless brunch menu for £42.50, enjoying unlimited beverages over 90 minutes, including signature cocktails and brunch with meats butchered in-house and everything barbecued right in front of you to order.

Sundays are all about the roasts and Temper’s offer is stretching beyond the Soho site with dishes such as smoked baby chicken or pork belly with accompanying beef fat roast potatoes, honey carrots, greens and their legendary 16-hour gravy.

Bookings are open now at www.temperrestaurant.com
