NSI - Never Such Innocence - war through the eyes of children at the RSA
The charity NSI celebrates its tenth anniversary with an exhibition at the Central London Royal Society of Arts where the artists are all children. The 32 works on show have all been created by 9 to 18-year-olds and highlight their views at a time when conflict is rarely out of the headlines.
It's a call to action that chimes with the host organisations' call for "courage". Never Such Innocence have encouraged young artists to enter their global competition but never exhibited the winners in public before, until now.
Artists from all over the world are featured and showcased, drawing attention to different themes of historical and current conflict through art and presenting a one off opportunity to understand conflict from the younger innocent generation’s point of view.
Timings: 1st July (12pm-10pm); 2nd July (8pm-10pm); 4th July (8am-8pm); 5th July (8am-8pm)
