Maslow’s Self-Actualisation: Art & Meditation Experience at Mortimer House - From 4th - 7th April

Step into a world where art, sound, and mindfulness collide! Mortimer House is teaming up with visionary artists Kira Somerset and LILIT.IUM to bring you a one-of-a-kind, multi-sensory experience designed to spark self-discovery, deepen relaxation, and sharpen mental clarity. Taking place from 4th - 7th April.

Prepare to be transported into an immersive exhibition where colour, sound, and breath weave together across two floors of the beautifully designed members club and private events space. Over the course of an hour, you’ll move through a transformative journey. Kira Somerset will invite visitors to engage visually and viscerally, exploring tactile experiences.

Rhythmic frequencies and crystal singing bowls by LILIT.IUM will help to resonate with the theta state, enhancing the journey.

After the experience, keep the serenity flowing in the exclusive Members’ Lounge on the fifth floor, or soak in the city skyline from the rooftop on the seventh. Ready to escape the ordinary?
