Hutong partners with Everleaf to launch booze-free brunch for January

Elevate your weekend plans with the Dynasty Brunch, the ultimate bottomless brunch at Hutong! The renowned Chinese fine dining destination has partnered with Everleaf, the non-alcoholic aperitif brand, to create the Dynasty Brunch, where guests can enjoy a limited-edition series of delicious tasting non-alcoholic cocktails alongside Hutong’s award-winning dishes.

Available every weekend from 11:30am to 3:30pm, this indulgent feast begins with unlimited Iberico Pork Dumplings, Scallop & Prawn Wontons, and Crispy Prawn Rolls. For mains, savour bold flavours with Sea Bass in ginger, garlic, and chilli sauce or Ma La Beef with bell peppers, chilli, and black bean sauce, accompanied by Vegetable Fried Rice or Noodles. The desserts are just as impressive! Ma La Chocolate Tart or the Mango Pudding, served with fruit salsa will be up for grabs.

Perfect for Dry January or anyone craving an alcohol-free delight, Everleaf's cocktails shine with options like:

Senlin - created with an aromatic blend of Everleaf Forest, pineapple, mango, passionfruit and chilli

Haiyang - with Everleaf Marine, smokey cardamom, peppery Thai Basil, egg white and refreshing cucumber

Shan - crafted with Everleaf Mountain, almond, tart cranberry, juicy peach, a twist of lime, and a dash of dill.

All of this is set against the breathtaking backdrop of London’s skyline from the 33rd floor of The Shard, making Dynasty Brunch a feast for the senses in every way.
