Chelsea’s Chinese New Year celebrations – 10th Feb

Experience China’s vibrant culture in the heart of West London as Chelsea proudly ushers in the Year of the Dragon. On February 10th you can celebrate the Lunar New Year in style at Duke of York Square.

From 11am to 4pm, the ever-popular Fine Food Market transforms into a Chinese-themed haven, with an enchanting glow of iconic red lanterns, offering an array of delectable traditional Chinese dishes and tantalising Asian delicacies.

The Duke of York Square will come alive with a vibrant program of live entertainment. Immerse yourself in the energetic performances of the dragon and lion dancers and let the rhythmic beats of Chinese drummers set the tone for the new year. The lively atmosphere promises to be a feast for the senses. For the younger guests, complimentary face painting adds an extra layer of excitement, allowing them to embrace the spirit of the dragon and other traditional symbols of luck. It’s a perfect opportunity for families and friends to come together and create lasting memories in an atmosphere buzzing with positivity and cultural significance.

Embrace the magic and welcome the Year of the Dragon in grand style!
