British Caribbean chef Andi Oliver and Pahli Hill’s Head Chef Avi Shashidhrara, invite you to join them for an unforgeable supper club to celebrate Indo-Caribbean Cuisine.

Join renowned British-Caribbean chef Andi Oliver for a one-off supper club in collaboration with Head Chef Avi, the 2023 Great British Menu winner, at Pahli Hill in Fitzrovia. The event celebrates the chefs’ shared culture and personal experiences, highlighting the incredible fusion of flavours that arise from the intertwined histories of colonisation and migration, which led to the development of Indo-Caribbean cuisine.

Scheduled for Thursday, March 6th, this exclusive event promises an unforgettable night of culinary delights and unique flavours. Guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the vibrant energy of the evening and discover how the Indian and Caribbean culinary styles intertwine. Upon arrival, attendees will be welcomed with a limited-edition rum cocktail made with Duppy White rum, a Jamaican rum infused with mango, pimento, and fresh thyme.

Throughout the rest of the evening, guests can look forward to magical dishes such as Cooked Goat Glazed with Tamarind and Jaggery Butter, Deep-Fried Plantain, Tandoori Red Mullet served with Fish Tea Rasam, and Pineapple and Rum Granita.

Located in Fitzrovia, Pahli Hill, draws inspiration from all corners of India, offering a bold and flavourful menu. Below the restaurant is an exclusive bar, Bandra Bhai, which evokes the atmosphere and secrecy of a bygone era when drinking was frowned upon but always encouraged.

This one-night-only dinner promises to be an evening of celebration, full of impressive culinary prowess showcased with a special menu to be savoured and remembered.
