Restaurants taking place include Hawksmoor, Humble Grape, Gaucho, Caravan and Pergola, you can visit them this month to early August to try out the new dishes and drinks added to their menu, that are made from otherwise wasted food to carbon-neutral plates and thoughtfully mixed cocktails, lets not forget how delicious they are as well!
