‘Sal Rosa’ enchants guests with the essence of the Mediterranean Sea, boasting lush floral arrangements, artisan ceramics, and woven rattan accents that adorn the space. Picture-perfect iconic Komos bottles repurposed as vase centrepieces, adding a touch of chic sophistication.
Prepare your palate for a culinary adventure curated by Michelin-starred chef-patron and Andalusian native Dani Garcia. The limited-edition cocktail menu, crafted in collaboration with Tequila Komos, promises to redefine luxury with each sip.
Indulge in tantalizing dishes such as Tuna Sashimi, Scallop Carpaccio drizzled with yuzu vinaigrette and apple and celery brunoise, and Prawn Tempura served with spicy mayo.
