Florida Grapefruit at Wild by Tart

Florida Grapefruit has teamed up with the exceptional culinary space Wild by Tart to create a delicious limited-edition dessert to run on its menu from 20th February to 12th March. The Florida Grapefruit Posset with Florida Grapefruit Jelly and Fennel Milk Meringue is an absolute must-try for all epicureans. You are sure to walk away feeling nourished and inspired by their use of this bright, sumptuous fruit.

Bursting with flavour, the Florida Grapefruit is known around the world for its superior quality, sweet-tart flavour and vibrant colour. First planted in the Tampa Bay area, the Florida Grapefruit is now grown all along the Indian River region of the state, covering more than 200 miles from south of Daytona to West Palm Beach.

Wild by Tart is housed in a former power station and coal store. A light-filled awe-inspiring space covering 9,000 sq. ft , the site combines a restaurant, bar, retail store, events space and photography studio. Dishes are served from an open kitchen with counter seating, a wood-burning oven and charcoal grills.

Running till the 12th of March this scrumptious dessert will show you how the humble grapefruit can set alight your taste buds.
