Last week we had the pleasure of visiting Hackney-Based cocktail bar Equal Parts, for the launch of Idyll’s ready-to-drink cocktail range. Inspired by rewilding and rediscovering wild ingredients, Equal Parts latest range of Idyll cocktails are carefully crafted to bring out the unique flavours and aromas of ingredients found in nature.

The exclusive menu hosts seven delicious cocktails, with two non-alcoholic options made using Idyll’s spirit, Haeven. The brand’s first foray in non-alcoholic spirits from the idyll team. Haeven is inspired by Gin and infused with a complex range of wild botanicals; Juniper, Douglas Fir, Scots Pine, Alexander Seeds, Hogweeds Seeds, Birch Bark, Rosehip and Elderflower. We sampled the two non-alcoholic cocktails and were truly impressed with the alternative. Just Like Haeven is a decedent tipple, perfect for a dreamy winter evening, containing Haeven Non-Alcoholic Spirit, Lemon and Almond. The light and bubbly Haeven & Rhubarb Spritz is a refreshing blend of Haeven Non-Alcoholic Spirit and Idyll Rhubarb Soda, an ideal option for a weekend brunch or pre-dinner drink.
