The sky’s the limit for wellness at Sky Garden this Spring

The Sky Garden in London is introducing a morning wellness programme in collaboration with TruBe Fitness, starting from 1st April and running throughout the summer. If you fancy waking up with a view across the city, the programme includes yoga, pilates, and meditation classes that can be booked on Tuesdays and Thursdays for pre-work stretches and at the weekends.

Classes take place in the City Garden Bar, located on the 35th floor of the building with breathtaking views of the city. The one-hour dynamic classes are suitable for all levels and abilities, and the meditation sessions are designed to make you feel zen and rejuvenated.

Weekday tickets cost £22 per person, while weekend tickets are priced at £27 per person. There is also an option to upgrade your ticket for an additional £10 to enjoy a freshly baked pastry and a hot beverage or blended smoothie at the Sky Pod Bar. You could also try the menu at Darwin Brasserie, dishes include coconut quinoa porridge with Manuka honey and raspberry compote, smashed avocado toast with chilli, tomato and radish salad and London cure smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on Nordic rye bread.

Yoga – Tuesday at 7am & Saturday at 8am
Meditation – Thursday at 7am
Pilates – Sunday at 8am
