Taking inspiration from great letters, you can get your historical on in this ever-so-cool London institution.

On ordering a “Doctor’s Note” you’ll receive a potent mix of Sassy Cidre & Poire, 30&40 Double Jus, MuyuVetiver Gris Liquer & Grey Goose Poire Vodka. Plump for a “Letter from M” and get a blend of vodka, whisky dry vermouth and beeswax-washed Patron Tequila and Olive Oil. Ooh la la!
