INCA opens in the West End

INCA, a new lively Latin American spot, has arrived in the West End, bringing a high-end mesmeric dining experience to Londoners. INCA transports guests on a sensory journey through South America whilst sharing theatrical experiences and modern twists on authentic cuisine.

The venue is located in the West End but encapsulates the spirit of Latin America, immersing guests in the traditional culture, its rich aromas and the colourful way of life. Decorated in authentic Latin decor are the different areas within the venue – the natural flow through the spaces emulating the transition between day and night as guests move from the restaurant to the night lounge. The bar area will lead guests to the main stage, where the entertainment starts from 7pm each evening; guests can enjoy DJ’s, unique entertainment and theatrical dining in a celebration of togetherness.

The menu boasts sharing plates – inspired by Latin flavours, colours and textures showcasing authentic South American dishes but with contemporary twists. Head Chef Davide Albertis menu uses only the best ingredients and encompasses sharing and joy – highlights include:

  • Roasted Canadian lobster with a fennel and Ossetra caviar glaze, finished with orange & rosemary sauce
  •  A tropical Carabineros Ceviche, accompanied by fresh and pickled exotic fruits, a crispy corn twill, aguachile sauce and marigold oil.
  • A deconstructed Inca Tulakalum and milk chocolate cigar tart, with a unique tobacco ice cream, balanced with smoked banana and salted caramel popcorn

INCA also has a fabulous array of cocktails on offer:

  • La Salida de Sol, an ‘Inca’ twist on the sweet and bitter Espresso Martini.
  • Toque de Mandarina, a take on the famous Pisco Sour, crafted with mandarin sherbets
  • Pina Verde, a sweet, smokey and slightly sour Mezcal drink, served with homemade avocado and pineapple purée.

For a dazzling evening of Latin food, culture and an immersive experience visit INCA, it will be a night to remember!
