Sky Garden, London’s highest public gardens, has collaborated with Fever Tree to create ‘Spritz in the Sky’ the ultimate gin pop-up at its City Garden Bar.

A dizzying 36 levels up, the space is known for its spectacular sunsets and views of London. Guests now have the added treat every Thursday to Saturday evening to accompany this view with a tipple from the exclusive Fever-Tree spritz menu. Running until September, the carefully curated menu boasts three mouthwatering gin and tonics, and a floral gin spritz range to tantalize your tastebuds, each created with the iconic premium Fever-Tree tonic mixers.

The menu includes classics like Hendricks and Fever-Tree Cucumber Tonic Water and Gin Mare & Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Water. There are also more elaborate options, with Sunset in the Sky featuring Belvedere Lemon and Basil Vodka, topped with Fever-Tree Italian Blood Orange Soda and Limoncello, and the City Garden Spritz with Grapefruit Juice, Fever-Tree Premium Soda Water and Plymouth Gin. 

Head to the Fever-Tree bar to enjoy these flavours, surrounded by colourful branded deckchairs and a wooden swing with a flower wall backdrop, a truly Instagramable moment.
