Yoga is back for the summer at Sky Garden

For those of us who dream about booking a yoga retreat in the country, but just haven’t the time, money, or inclination to commit to an entire week of clean eating and no Netflix, read on. From 8.30am-9.30am every Saturday and Sunday from 24th July, TruBe are launching its summer series of Morning Yoga classes at London’s highest green space, Sky Garden.

What could be better than channeling your inner Warrior, Cobra and Downward Dog amongst Sky Garden’s luscious tropical greenery whilst looking out at one of the best panoramic views in London?

Instructors will guide you through a range of postures suitable for all levels and abilities. With a focus on the breath, they promise to make you feel energised and rejuvenated, transporting your body and mind to a place of strength.

Once the final namaste has been uttered, you can grab a coffee at Sky Pod Bar, or alternatively, why not enjoy a hearty breakfast at Darwin Brasserie? After such a wholesome morning, you’ll deserve it!

Yoga starts at 8.30am on Saturdays and Sundays. Tickets start from £20pp. To book visit: www.designmynight.com/london/whats-on/activity/sunrise-yoga
