Who hasn’t missed the decadence of a boozy brunch with friends this summer? Well, look no further as the lovely people behind premium quality London gin BULLDOG and the Alchemist have teamed up to provide not only delicious cocktails and a brunch menu, but the ultimate summer soundtrack to accompany it!

Taking place in cities across the UK from July 2021, BULLDOG and the Alchemist will launch their new SOS Saviours of Summer brunch menu. Bringing together food and gin-based cocktails (of course!) with the sounds of Ibiza house classics, you are promised to be transported to the Balearic Islands for some much-needed summer spirit (no matter what the British weather has in store).
The new brunch menu will include three cocktails and a brunch dish, with prices starting at £25 per person and the option to sample boundless cocktails for an additional £10. BULLDOG favourites such as the Supersonic Gin & Tonic take the top spot on the menu, alongside summer specials such as the Peachy T and Pink Pomelo Fizz.

Supersonic G&T
BULLDOG Gin, bottled tonic, crème de cassis

Peachy T
BULLDOG Gin, peach and jasmine soda, gold shimmer

Pink Pomelo fizz
BULLDOG Gin, pomelo and pink peppercorn bottled tonic, citrus
