NEW OPENING: Escape to London’s New Rooftop Bar – Sabine

Opening in time for the warm summer months, Sabine is London’s hottest new destination in the sky, aptly named after the bird whose migratory travel is influenced by the seasons.

Overlooking St Paul’s Cathedral, this stunning new rooftop bar offers a botanical escape in the midst of the city. Breath-taking views of the cathedral are accompanied by vibrant foliage and contemporary design and an array of beautifully crafted cocktails, which can be enjoyed in not one but two outdoor terraces.

Sabine’s cocktails reflect the bar’s botanical theme, each one perfectly presented in suitably stylish glassware and delicately garnished to create a picture-perfect moment. The menu includes serves such as What The Dickens, mixed with Beefeater 24 Gin, Grand Marnier, orange and lemon juice, fresh raspberries, and topped with Fever-Tree Blood Orange Soda; and Whizz Fizz, a refreshing choice made with Edinburgh Gin Rhubarb & Ginger, elderflower cordial, crème de cassis and lemon juice. There are also some fabulous mocktails versions on offer too.

Accompanying the menu of delicious drinks, guests can also choose from a delicious selection of bar bites and impressive sharing plates. Burrata with white peach, pistachio and toast; and roast asparagus with boquerones, serrano ham and truffle mayo all feature on the menu, as well as exquisite sharers of grilled Lebanese chicken flatbread with tamarind yoghurt and pickled red onions; and tandoori monkfish skewers with green mango salsa, hot pickled radishes and raita. Those who prefer something sweeter can indulge in an Elderflower & Lemon Tart Sherbet, or Vegan Strawberry Meringue.
